As the lead for the Employer Retirement Services Group, Rachael works to deliver quality retirement plan strategies to employers and their employees. With nearly 20 years of retirement and financial planning experience, Rachael and her team are well suited to provide education to all participants in the workplace while being a force in changing the way plan sponsor approach their fiduciary responsibilities to their employees.
Prior to joining EF Financial, Rachael worked as an Investment Consultant at Fidelity Investments where she offered investment strategies to help clients understand and navigate complex money management strategies.
Passionate about using her problem-solving skills to enhance the lives of those around her, Rachael is an advocate for women’s causes and the environment. On Earth Day every April, she coordinates EF Financial’s hugely successful “Shred Day” in the community. And as her mother taught her, Rachael always embraces laughter whenever possible, no matter the ups and downs life presents.
Her most important role, however, is that of “Mom” to her three beautiful, smart, and strong children: Luke, Will & Casey – you rock!
Rachael is a graduate of Bryant University with a BA in Business Management. She holds her securities, Series 7,63, & 65 licenses through LPL Financial, her Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies, and her Insurance license.
